CUBIX ("the game", "we") is a block puzzle game for Android and Windows. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. We keep data to the minimum needed to run the game.
We do not ask for your email, phone number, address, photos, contacts or location, and there is no account or login.
Your game progress (levels, stars, scores, coins, medals, settings) is saved only on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
To show world rankings, the game sends to Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore): a random player ID created by the game, your nickname, your highest Adventure level, your Adventure total score and your best Classic score. This is not linked to your name, email or Google account. Other players can see your nickname and scores. Firebase is operated by Google LLC – see Firebase privacy.
The Android version shows ads from Google AdMob from level 11 onward (full-screen ads after finished levels, and optional "watch a video" rewards). The Windows version shows no ads. Google AdMob may collect and use:
Only family-friendly (G-rated) ads are requested. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad Choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you allow it, the game schedules one friendly reminder a day on your device (for example when your daily gift is ready). These are created on your phone; no data is sent to a server for this. You can turn them off in Settings → Daily reminder or in your phone's settings.
CUBIX has a 3+ content rating: it contains no violence, scary content, bad language, gambling or purchases, so it is safe for players of any age. The game is made for a general audience (teens and adults) and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Only G-rated ads are shown. If you believe a child has provided personal information (for example a real name as a nickname), contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the service providers above (Google Firebase and Google AdMob) to run the leaderboard and ads. All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Leaderboard entries are kept while the game is active. To delete your leaderboard entry, email us your nickname (and, if possible, a screenshot of the Settings screen) and we will remove it within 30 days.
We may update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
